Apple: HTML5 and Web Standards
…web standards are open, reliable, highly secure, and efficient. They allow web designers and developers to create advanced graphics, typography, animations, and transitions. Standards aren’t add-ons to the web. They are the web. And you can start using them today.
It’s great how Apple is pushing web standards and getting the word out there, there’s also a great HTML5 showcase of some great demos using these technologies.

Ken Griffey Jr. Retires
He was my favourite baseball player growing up and his baseball card is the only one I ever kept from my collection when I was younger. I loved watching him play centre field.
I remember like it was yesterday watching him at a Toronto Blue Jays game with my dad, and my dad paying $5 for a pack of Upper Deck baseball cards. I was hoping I would get Griffey’s rookie card as it was worth $40 at the time, and to my surprise luckily I did.

This was a great cosy creative film, each scene was lovely and very detailed. As great as it was, it could have been a lot better though.
